morning before work. It's hard to get up, but really I like going. I get to spend a little time hanging out with my friend before a long day of work.This is the gym that we go to. It's small and usually not busy which is nice. We don't have to wait for machines or anything, everything is always available for us to hop right on.

This is a good gym. I went there 4 times a week for about 12 years. Enjoy!
