Salsa just tastes good. All salsa. I think I found my new favorite one at the grocery store the other day. This treat is the pineapple salsa. You would never think to put fruit in a salsa which is primarily veggies and spices, but fruit actually combines well with the veggie and spices mixture. The salsa is so satisfying I can't stop eating it. I'll have to buy more and then learn how to make it. I wish I could explain in more detail the joy I get from this salsa and the flavors and textures too, I can't. It's simply delightful.
Go buy some!

I have some in my fridge!! What do you eat it with? Been waiting to make fish and put it on top. Love mango salsa and I am sure this will be just as yum!
